We hereby announce the recruitment of startup companies to participate in the "SVC Seoul Global Membership" designed to support foreign startup companies wishing to enter the Korean market in settling down within the domestic startup ecosystem and establishing a foundation for commercialization.

(3) Startup Company: Proof of Business Entity
(4) Prospective Entrepreneur: Proof of Startup Activities
(5) Co-representatives / Separate Representatives IDs & Consent (if necessary)

A global incubator facility that provides startup infrastructure (office space, etc.) and networking opportunities to foster the innovative growth of
Recruitment Scale: Around 10 companies
Location: 136 Yanghwa-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul (3-minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station Exit 9)
Area : Total Floor 13,275㎡ / Site Area 1,393㎡
Composition: 10 shared office seats, 28 meeting rooms of various sizes, including IR rooms, etc.
Monthly Usage Fee: KRW 200,000
Operational Period: september 2026 – End of December 2027 (Expected)
